The Ideal Candidate:
A university degree doesn't guarantee you a successful sales career. There are loads of famous CEOs who did not graduate – just look at Bill Gates and Richard Branson !
Our ideal candidate should be goal-oriented and have a basic knowledge of Sales and Admin. If you have exceptional organizational skills and draw energy from being part of a team, we would like to meet you.
𝐑𝐞𝐪𝐮𝐢𝐫𝐞𝐦𝐞𝐧𝐭𝐬:
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, ability to negotiate;
- Attention to detail;
- Prior administrative and/or sales experience is a plus but not required;
- Desire to be proactive and create a positive experience for others;
- Proficiency in MS Office (MS Excel and MS PowerPoint, in particular.);
- Knowledge of ENGLISH and ITALIAN language is needed
- Driving license (category B) may come handy but is not a requirement.
- Language: Apart from NATIVE (ALBANIAN), ENGLISH and ITALIAN is Mandatory.
- We are looking for candidates to assist in our Sales and HR recruitment duties and other general office jobs.
Responsibilities:
- Work includes dealing with Job Vacancies;
- Handling of telephone calls and inputting data in our system.
- No previous experience in similar posts is required;
- However, experience in sales will be advantageous.
- We are mainly looking for people with a positive attitude, excellent communication skills, and who are self-motivated.
- As remuneration, we are offering a monthly fixed wage together with a generous commission based on results.
***The company will also cover all travelling costs (if necessary). Working hours are flexible but are mainly between 9 am to 5 pm. We are a multi-national, multi-cultural company and some of you will feel like visiting different parts of the world on a daily basis as we have offices in Europe, Asia and Africa!
