Position Overview:

We are seeking an Assistant Manager to join our team. This individual will play a crucial role in ensuring the satisfaction of our guests, coordinating property maintenance, and handling various operational tasks.


Job Description:

- Communication with Guests and Prospective Clients: You will be a point of contact for our clients, managing inquiries and bookings through platforms like Airbnb and Booking, or through WhatsApp, phone calls, SMS, etc. Your goal is to provide prompt and detailed information and maintain a professional, friendly tone in all communications.
- Up-selling & Cross-selling: As part of enhancing the client experience, you'll promote and offer additional services, such as transfers, tour organisation, and other amenities.
- Cleaning Schedule and Laundry Coordination: You will be responsible for preparing cleaning schedules for our cleaning staff and coordinating the laundry delivery route.
- Maintenance and Inventory Management: You will keep track of property maintenance and inventory, and you follow up with handymen, technicians, or service providers to address reported issues in a timely manner.
- Property Scouting: You'll actively participate in identifying potential new properties for addition to our rental portfolio.


Qualifications:

- Fluency in English, both written and spoken, is a must. Knowledge of Italian or other languages is a bonus.
- A university degree is preferred, but ongoing studies are acceptable.
- Exceptional customer service and interpersonal skills.
- Proactive and self-motivated with a problem-solving mindset.
- Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
- Prior experience in the hospitality or property management industry is a plus.
