📢 Job Summary

▪️ We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Sales Agent to join our dynamic sales team. The successful candidate will play a fundamental role in achieving our ambitious customer acquisition and revenue growth objectives. You must be comfortable making dozens of calls per day, generating interest, qualifying prospects, and closing sales.

 

✅ Key Responsibilities

▪️ Prospecting and Lead Generation: Identify and create new sales opportunities through inbound lead follow-up and outbound cold calls and emails.

▪️ Sales Presentations: Present, promote, and sell products/services using solid arguments to existing and prospective customers.

▪️ Customer Relationship Management: Establish, develop, and maintain positive business and customer relationships.

▪️ Needs Analysis: Perform cost-benefit and needs analysis of existing/potential customers to meet their needs.

▪️ Sales Targets: Achieve agreed-upon sales targets and outcomes within the schedule.

▪️ Reporting: Supply management with reports on customer needs, problems, interests, competitive activities, and potential for new products and services.

▪️ Team Collaboration: Coordinate sales effort with team members and other departments.

▪️ Required Skills and Qualifications

▪️ Experience: Proven work experience as a Sales Representative, Con Agent or similar role.

 

✅ Communication Skills: Excellent knowledge of MS Office; familiarity with CRM practices along with the ability to build productive business professional relationships.

↳ Proven Ability: Ability to create and deliver presentations tailored to the audience needs.

↳ Negotiation Skills: Highly motivated and target-driven with a proven track record in sales.

↳ Relationship Management Skills: Excellent selling, communication, and negotiation skills.

↳ Self-motivated: Prioritizing, time management, and organizational skills.

↳ Problem-Solving: Ability to resolve problems and complaints to maximize satisfaction.

↳ Preferred Qualifications

↳ Familiarity with BRM and CRM practices.

↳ Proven ability to juggle multiple account management projects at a time, while maintaining sharp attention to detail.
